Holding dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics, he brings a unique analytical rigor to the technical aspects of business growth. He specializes in structuring and negotiating complex investment and commercial agreements.

As former Legal Counsel for a biotechnology startup, Simon excels at building internal legal frameworks from the ground up, standardizing corporate policies, and overseeing subsidiary governance. He provides strategic guidance to executive leadership on navigating specialized regulatory landscapes, including FDA and HIPAA compliance, as well as evolving cybersecurity and privacy frameworks across multiple state jurisdictions.

Complementing his corporate practice, Simon specializes in business and investment-based immigration. He began navigating complex administrative processes during law school as an Ohio Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern, where he performed substantive legal work to advocate for clients before government agencies and federal courts.
