Furthermore, David regularly represents U.S. companies seeking to sponsor and employ foreign workers on a temporary or permanent basis. This competency extends to multinational organizations for whom international transfers and rotations of executive or management personnel is a routine and necessary practice. David’s professional diligence and responsiveness to the latest developments in immigration law has enabled an impressive roster of U.S. companies to hire and retain talented foreign prospects.

Previously, David provided in-house counsel for a global banking institution resolving corporate employment and immigration issues, and as the Chief Legal Officer of a leading real estate investment firm in Guangxi, China. For nearly two decades, David served as a judge at China’s Provincial Higher Courts, where he was also the Vice Director of the court’s law and policy research department. Additionally, David has acted as an arbitrator for the Hainan International Arbitration Commission (HIAC), where he has been engaged to resolve a wide range of issues relating to commercial transactions.

David holds an LLB from Wuhan University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo. David is admitted to practice in the state of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
