USCIS Tightens RFE and NOID Policy: What Applicants and Petitioners Need to Know
By Origin Law P.C. | January 14, 2025
- Employment-Based Visa Categories:
- EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5: No changes in either Final Action Dates or Dates for Filing.
- EB-3 China: Final Action Date has advanced by 30 days, while the Date for Filing remains unchanged.
- Family-Sponsored Visa Categories: All family-based categories have remained static this month.
While overall progress has been limited, the forward movement in EB-3 Final Action Dates offers hope for many applicants awaiting final adjudication. Recent trends suggest that USCIS processing times might be accelerating.
